GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the assigned Manager of Community Housing, the Program Administrator is responsible for the administrative supervision of the program staff to which s/he is assigned, including monitoring quality of direct service provision, productivity levels, quality assurance activities, clinical best practice and providing direct care to the consumers of the residential facility.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Supervises Residential Services Workers (RSWs), Nurse Consultant and Clinical Supervisor in accordance with the agency's policies, licensing standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Duties require knowledge of mental health and recovery equivalent to completion of a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in providing supervision to direct care staff is preferred.
