Program Clinical Supervisor - Farmington/Rumford (71) $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*

*$5,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS: pro-rated based hours per week. First 1/2 is paid upon successful completion of 90 day review/introductory period completion and second half is paid after 6 months from hire date, pending successful completion of introductory period.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Program Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative program oversight, supervision of assigned program staff, including monitoring quality of direct service provision, overall productivity levels, quality assurance activities, and clinical best practice utilizing the electronic health record (EHR) system as the primary information tool.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinates intake, individual evaluation, service delivery, program evaluation, discharge, and referral for consumers served in the program.
  • Ensures that individual evaluations and assessments are consumer driven, responsive to identified strengths and needs, and conducted in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that Individual Treatment/Service/Behavioral Crisis plans are developed in conjunction with the consumer, the consumer's family where appropriate, and significant others in accordance with consumer/family strengths and needs and in compliance with agency procedures, licensing standards, MaineCare and/or Medicare regulations as well as other funding sources.
  • Adheres to Medicaid and/or Medicare guidelines for plans of care when appropriate.
  • Maintains active involvement with consumer and provider groups in support of the agency and program missions, including advocacy and community education activities.
  • Ensures that all clinical and program staff carry out consumer service plans according to established agency protocol and professional standards.
  • Ensures that all clinical/program staff assess changes in the condition of the consumer and modify the plan of care as appropriate. 
  • Provides ongoing clinical coverage, along with other team leaders for assigned sites; including responding face-to-face to walk-in consumers and high-risk callers.
  • Ensures that the consumer's EHR is complete, accurate, and meets regulatory standards within the required time frames.
  • Reviews the EHR to ensure that the services provided are consistent with best practice, assessment and treatment goals.
  • Implements and structures case reviews, participating as appropriate.
  • Provides ongoing training for staff members as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum LMSW-C or LCPC (must be independent for LCPC) credential requirement.  Preferred LCSW or LCPC.  Three years of post-licensure experience and experience in providing supervision to direct case staff strongly preferred.

Absent a qualifying medical exemption and pursuant to Maine's Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate, being fully vaccinated as defined by Maine CDC, is a requirement for this position.

Must possess a valid State of Maine driver's license.
